Powder - Rust Effect - Pentart
Rust effect powder, to be used with rust effect reagents.
Cover a surface with a primer, acrylic paint or paste and spill the powder onto it while still wet. Press the powder into the surface with a spatula. Sprinkle the reagents over the powder, alternating the colours (yellow, yellowish-red and brown) - the effect depends on the amount and placement of the reagents.
